The Charterer assumes responsibility for the vessel operation in accordance with federal and state maritime law for the duration of the charter. The Charterer assumes complete command, control and possession of the vessel as if it were their own. The Owner can recommend a list of Captains for the Charterer to hire, but cannot stipulate the selection. In addition, the skipper must have extensive knowledge of our waterways and local rules and regulations. When making a reservation all skipper information must be provided to ensure the skipper meets requirements for driving the vessel. Master/Skippers work for the Charterer as an independent contractor on an “at will” basis as agreed between the two parties.

The 3HR Trip will depart from the dock, sail through the harbor and out to Crab Island which is approximately 15 mins. Your transition off the vessel and into the water at Crab Island and to and from the dock will be the most rigorous and thats not saying much. However if you have disabled in anyway, that might make this transition unsafe, than this trip is not recommended for you. ARE THERE AVAILABLE LIFE JACKETS ON BOARD? Yes, there are type 2 PFD for every passenger.

They drop anchor at different spots, and there is a ladder that allows you to easily get down into the water to have a refreshing swim. Uninspected private recreational vessels are chartered, leased or rented to an individual (Charterer) through a written agreement. The Owner does not provide a Master/Skipper or crew. The Charterer selects and contracts a Skipper/crew of their choosing that meets requirements set forth by the owner of the vessel and that meets Coast Guard requirements.
We have some on board, or you can bring your own (recommended, but it has to have a USCG approval stamp). Please let us know if you plan to bring children so that we can make the appropriate accommodations for life jackets. USCG only allows 6 passengers per boat...
They are located at 302 Harbor Boulevard in Destin, situated next to the Red Door Saloon. The famous Boathouse Restaurant is down on the docks. The looks on people's faces and the smiles you receive when you cruise by the docks are priceless! This adventure is $79.95 per person. If you have a party of 5-6, most of the time we recommend a private charter.
If you're looking for something to do for special occasion... Cruise through Destin Harbor at night and enjoy an explosive fireworks display every Thursday night during the Summer season. The Crusin' Destin Tiki Bar has a variety of cruises available.
However, the captain can decide at anytime to cancel due to conditions (typically high winds or thunder storms). If you are unable to reschedule and still want to go on one of our cruises, the captains may under certain conditions, go out to if they can keep the cruise in calmer conidtions. The motorized floating Tiki Bar is ten-sided with a thatched tiki hut in the middle surrounded by a bar with stools for seating. This is a BYOB affair, so passengers may bring whatever they want to drink while the licensed captain motors you around the marina and part of the bay.
A Harbor Lights Tiki Bar cruise also costs $59 per person. The lights of Harborwalk Village, the towering Emerald Grande, and Holiday Isle are quite dazzling. Harborwalk Village features fabulous fireworks on Thursday nights all summer long with extra impressive pyrotechnic displays on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
